On Thursday 16 April, the DUO info line will be closed from 1 pm for staff training.

Changes can't be made via the telephone.
Opening hours
The DUO Info Line is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Before you call
- If you would like to request information about someone else by phone, you must be authorised with a special DUO authorisation form. A DigiD authorisation is valid for DigiD only.
- Make sure you have your Citizen Service Number ('burgerservicenummer' or 'BSN') to hand.
